Statement
In my paintings and assemblages, I use geometry and color in an exploration of space that challenges the usual logical gaze. Inspired by a skeptical view of certainty, I address the tension between structure and gesture, toward the overflowing of the foreseeable and the encounter with the unknown, inviting the viewer to rethink the relationship between chaos and order. I create my works using patterns and contrasts that configure unstable balances, moving between the plane, relief, and three-dimensionality, alternating the use of traditional formats, mixed media, and the construction of stainless steel supports.
